SB502 Rewarding Effective Educators and Leaders

 

Recruiting the best teachers is a common-sense approach to improving our struggling education system. This bill aims to attract the best talent into New Mexico’s classrooms by rewarding the best teachers and educators. Giving our children the best possible education starts with making sure that they are learning from the most capable teachers. SB502 unanimously passed the Senate Education Committee thanks to the support of both Republicans and Democrats who are putting our children first.
